Os2I - Out Source To India, Pune, Maharashtra is based at Flat No. D-12 in the Sbi Ashtvinayak Hou. Soc. right across from the Bharat Jyoti Bus Stop in Bibwewadi, Pune. Working out of a housing society like Sbi Ashtvinayak means our office feels more like a home than a corporate building. D-12 is our flat, and we’ve turned it into a workspace where we spend most of our waking hours. The bus stop across the street is a major landmark, so we always hear the buses pulling up and the conductors shouting out the stops. It makes the place feel very connected to the rest of Pune. Bibwewadi is a solid, middle-class neighborhood, and we like the vibe here. There are plenty of places to get a quick snack or a tea during our breaks. The office at D-12 is filled with the usual stuff—computers, cables everywhere, and a few desks that we’ve moved around a hundred times to find the right fit. We don't have a big fancy nameplate, just the name Os2I listed on the society board downstairs. It’s a bit of a climb to the flat, but it keeps us moving. We don't really do the whole corporate mission thing. We just come in, sit at our desks, and get to work. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the unnecessary polish of a downtown office.
