Orika Advertising

Orika Advertising is our company. We’re located at 167/10 in the Makarpura Industrial Estate, over in Vadgoensheri. Being in an industrial estate means it’s not the prettiest place to work, but it’s very practical. There are always trucks moving around and people loading things. Our space is basically a big room where we handle all our advertising projects. We moved here because we needed the room to move things around. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a velvet sofa or expensive art on the walls. It’s a workspace through and through. We focus on getting the ads designed and ready for wherever they need to go. Most of our day is spent at the computer or on the phone. We don't have a big marketing department because we are the department. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We’ve been in Vadgoensheri for a while and we’ve seen the industrial estate change over time. Some days are incredibly busy and we’re here late, other days we can actually take a proper lunch break. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just do what needs doing and try to stay organized among all the clutter. If you’re looking for us, look for the big numbers on the gate. We’re usually in the back working on something new. It’s dusty out here sometimes with all the construction nearby, but we like the energy of the area and the people.
