Orel Agro Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of Balaji Heights Chsl. We are over in Flat No-2 at Kurdakar Nagar. It’s a bit different because we aren't right in the middle of a field, but we work with farmers all the same. We handle the business side of things from this office. A few of us got together to start this because we saw how hard it was for growers to get their stuff to market. Dealing with logistics and the paperwork is a headache for everyone. So we set up here to manage that part. We spend a lot of time on the phone and meeting people to see what crops are coming in. It’s not a big corporate setup. If you come by, you’ll just find a few desks and some files. We’re mostly focused on the agro side of things and making sure the crops get where they need to go. The area around Sr No 25/1/1 is where we stay. Sometimes it gets busy, especially during harvest times when everyone is trying to coordinate at once. We don't use fancy words or have big meetings. We just try to solve the problems that pop up every day. It’s mostly about making sure the work gets done and the farmers get a fair shake. We’ve been here for a bit now and we're just part of the local scene in Kurdakar Nagar.
