Orchid Management Consultants

Our workspace is over in Kothrud, specifically at 9/24 Pratik Nagar. We share the space with Mrs. J.N. Kulkarni, which gives the whole operation a very local and grounded feel. Kothrud is mostly residential, so it is a quiet area for the most part, except for the usual street noises you get in Pune. We are management consultants, but we do not operate out of a high-rise building. Instead, we work from this house, which suits us just fine. It is a small team here. We sit around a few tables that are usually covered in files and notebooks. There is always a lot of reading and analyzing to do. We don't have a big sign outside, so most people who come here already know where they are going. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who need help with their business structures. It is practical work. We do not use a lot of jargon or complicated theories. We just look at what is happening and offer our thoughts. The commute isn't too bad for us, which is a relief in a city like this. We usually have lunch together and talk about things other than work for a bit. It helps keep us from burning out. The office is just a part of the home, so it feels very relaxed. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to do a decent job for the people who hire us from this corner of Kothrud.
