We are Option Us Manpower Recruitments. Our office is over in Akurdi, Pune. Specifically, we're at Dream Duplex, Flat No-5, Plot No-5 in Sector-29. It’s a residential-style setup which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than those big glass office blocks downtown. Mr. Mihir Desai is the one who runs the place. We spend our days looking for people who need jobs and trying to find companies that have an opening. It’s a lot of phone calls and reading through resumes, which can get a bit tiring for the eyes. Pune is a big city for hiring, so there’s always something happening. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days we are just waiting for a reply from a manager somewhere. We aren't some massive agency with hundreds of staff members. It’s just us here in the duplex. We try to see if people can find a decent place to work. It’s hard out there for people right now, so we do what we can with the roles we have. The neighborhood in Sector-29 is mostly quiet, which is nice. If you’re coming by, you just look for Plot 5 and the Dream Duplex sign. We’ve been doing this recruitment thing for a while now. It’s about knowing who is looking and who is hiring. We don't promise anything impossible, we just put people in touch. It's pretty straightforward work. Just people helping other people find a way to earn a living.
