Our business, Opaline Intrinsic Export Llp, is located in Rahatani, which is a growing part of Pune. We are situated in Purandar Colony, at Survey Number 59/2B. It is a residential neighborhood for the most part, so it stays pretty calm around here during the day. We decided to set up our export office in this spot because it is a lot less chaotic than being in the middle of the city center. We focus on getting local goods ready for the international market. This involves a lot of talking to manufacturers and making sure the quality of the items is exactly what it needs to be. We are not a big corporation with fancy titles or expensive suits. We are just a group of people who understand how the export process actually works. Our office is basically just a room with some sturdy desks and a very busy printer that never seems to stop. There are piles of shipping labels and invoices everywhere on the busy days. We do not have a big marketing budget or a dedicated sales team. Most of our business comes from people we have worked with before. We like keeping it small and manageable because it is easier to track. Sometimes the power goes out or the courier is a bit late, but we just deal with it and move on.
