You can find us at the Palladio Housing Society in Tathawade. We are in flat D-1202. It’s a nice enough residential area, right across from Ashwini International School. Being in a housing society makes it feel more like a home than a stiff office. Oorjja Learning and Development (Opc) Private Limited is our small business. We focus on teaching and helping people grow their skills. We have a few rooms set up with tables and chairs. It’s quiet here, which is good for focusing. We get a lot of people from around Pune coming in. Sometimes the security at the gate is a bit strict about visitors, but once you’re in, it’s fine. We started this because we saw a need for more personalized learning. We don't use big fancy words or complicated systems. We just sit down and work through things. The view from the twelfth floor is actually pretty good, you can see quite a bit of the surrounding area. Most of our work is done on laptops these days. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team here. We handle everything ourselves, from the cleaning to the actual training sessions. It keeps us busy. If you’re near the school, you’re basically there. Just look for the Palladio buildings and come up to the twelfth floor. The breeze is nice up here in the afternoons.
