Omkar Rose Nursery & Green House

Down here at Pawananagar, on L B S Road in Kurla West, you will find Omkar Rose Nursery & Green House. It is a bit of a trek for some, but we are here. We also handle things for folks in Vadodara and out toward Tal Maval. Working with plants means our hands are always dirty. There is a lot of watering to do and keeping the green house at the right temperature can be a real headache sometimes when the weather acts up. People come by looking for something for their gardens. We spend a lot of time moving pots around and making sure things aren't wilting in the Mumbai heat. It is a lot of physical work, honestly. The L B S Road area stays busy, so there is always noise from the traffic while we are trying to look after the roses. We started this because we liked being outside, and now it is just what we do every single day. Some days are slower than others. We might be checking on the saplings or just cleaning up the walkways. It is not some high-end boutique; it is a working nursery. If you are looking for us in Kurla West, just look for the green. We stay pretty busy with the Tal Maval side of things too. It is just a regular life here among the dirt and the leaves.
