Om Siddhi Manpower Consultancy is tucked away in Karve Nagar at Parmeshwar Park. We are right by the Delux Cross Road in the Nizampura area. Our office is mostly just desks covered in resumes and folders. We spend our days talking to people who are looking for work and companies that need some extra hands. It’s a lot of phone calls and writing things down in ledgers. Karve Nagar is a nice place to be based, even if the traffic at the cross road can be a bit much sometimes. We started this because we saw how many people were looking for jobs around here. It isn't a high-tech operation. We still rely a lot on physical files and personal notes about who might be good for a certain role. The office isn't very big, so it can get a bit crowded when a few people come in at the same time to fill out forms. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can. We aren't recruiters with suits and ties; we are just regular people trying to help other regular people find a way to earn a living. It takes a lot of patience to go through all the applications, but we just take it one day at a time. Nizampura has a lot of small businesses like ours. We just fit right into the neighborhood here at Parmeshwar Park.
