We are based out of 54/3, A/Ppandharewadi, which is a place that feels a bit more grounded than the big cities. Running Om Golden Agro Export Private Limited from here means we are closer to where things actually grow. It’s a quiet area most of the time, though during harvest season, you can hear more activity on the roads. Our setup is pretty basic. We have a roof over our heads and enough space to manage the exports. We don’t really go in for fancy furniture or high-tech gadgets if they aren't necessary. It’s mostly about the agro products and making sure they get sent out right. The days start early here because that’s just how it goes when you’re dealing with agriculture. You have to work with the daylight and the weather. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets spotty, but we just deal with it. It’s part of the life in Pandharewadi. We have a small crew and everyone knows what they need to do. There isn't a lot of talking for the sake of talking. We just focus on the orders and the trucks. It feels good to be part of the local economy here. We’ve been around for a while and have seen the seasons change many times. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy and we like the direct connection to the land and the people who work it. We don't need anything more than that to get the job done.
