Ojas Deolankar

Ojas Deolankar is based out of the Deccan Gymkhana area, specifically at Survey No 231 3A 4 1206 18. This part of the city is always moving, but our little spot stays pretty consistent. We aren't some massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group working out of this address. It is a bit of a mouthful to say the whole survey number, but once you are here, it makes sense. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. We just have our workspace where we spend most of our hours. It’s a bit cluttered at times, mostly with papers and things we are working on, but we know where everything is. We don't really do the whole professional marketing thing. We just tell people where we are and what we are called. It’s a very local way of doing things, I suppose. We like being in Deccan Gymkhana because it feels connected to the rest of the city. We have our regular spots for lunch and we know the people nearby. It’s just an ordinary place where we put in the time to get things right. We don't make big promises, we just show up at 1206 18 and do what we need to do. It’s a simple life for us here, and that is how we like it. We keep things moving and stay busy.
