We are located over in Marol, specifically at D 701 in the Ashok Avenue building on Military Road. Mumbai is always moving, and this part of Andheri East is no different. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic and people constantly passing by, but we have our own rhythm here. Most of the work involves coming up with ideas for advertisements and figuring out how to get them in front of people. We have a lot of papers scattered around and people talking over each other in meetings. It’s not the quietest office, but that’s just how it goes when you’re trying to think of something new. Ashok Avenue is a familiar spot for a lot of folks in this neighborhood. We’ve got a mix of people who have been in the ad business for years and some younger ones who are just starting out. Lunch usually comes from one of the nearby stalls or people bring their own tiffins from home. We don’t have any grand statements to make about what we do. It’s mostly just sitting down, sketching things out, writing some lines, and talking to clients on the phone. Sometimes we stay late when a big project is due, and other times it’s a bit more relaxed. Being on Military Road means we’re right in the thick of things. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes every single day. We like it here despite the noise and the constant bustle of the city.
