If you find yourself on M.G. Road, you might see the Nirmal Commercial Complex. We are at No. B-2. It’s a busy part of town, always people walking by and cars honking. OFFICE AUTOMATION & SYSTEMS has been here for a good while. The building is older, but it’s sturdy. We spend most of our time dealing with technical stuff and fixing things that stop working. Our space is filled with parts, old boxes, and a lot of cables. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a magazine photo. It’s a workspace. We have a small desk near the door for when people drop by. Usually, we are just busy with the day's list. M.G. Road gets very crowded in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap up before the worst of the rush starts. The light in the complex is a bit dim in the hallways, but we have good lamps inside. Sometimes we grab lunch from the place downstairs. It’s convenient being right on 158 M.G. Road, even if it’s noisy. We don't have a big reception area or fancy chairs. Just the benches and stools we've had since we started. It feels like home after all these years. We just keep doing the work, day in and day out, without much fuss. There’s always something that needs looking at or a system that needs a bit of help. We just stay focused on the tasks.
