Our office is located at Ashirwad Terrace, Flat No 16, in the Uttamnagar area of Warje Malwadi. It’s a typical Pune apartment setup that we’ve turned into a workspace for our engineering and management stuff. When you walk in, you’ll see shelves full of old files and some computers that have seen better days but still work just fine. We spend a lot of time looking at drawings and talking to contractors on the phone. It gets pretty loud sometimes when everyone is trying to solve a problem at once. Being in a flat means we don’t have a lot of space for anything fancy, but it works for what we do. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big boardrooms or expensive furniture. We’d rather spend that time making sure the projects we manage are actually going right. The commute around Warje can be a bit of a headache with the traffic, so we tend to stay late once we get here. It’s a small group of us, and we’ve worked together long enough to know how each other thinks. We just take one project at a time and try not to get overwhelmed when things get complicated. People know we are here in Flat 16 if they need some practical engineering help. We just do the math, check the sites, and try to keep everything on track without any extra drama or complicated words.
