Ocmcjobs Pvt. Ltd. Consuldancy is based out of Indradhanu Apartment in Kothrud. We are in Flat B-601, which is part of the Plot No. 2S 85/1 area near Vanaz Engineering. Pune is a big city, and Kothrud is a busy part of it, but our office feels a bit tucked away since it's inside an apartment building. It’s a regular residential-style setup that we’ve turned into a workspace. We spend our time looking at job postings and talking to people who are trying to find their next move. It can be quite a bit of work keeping track of everyone’s details. We have folders everywhere and the computers are always running. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from a desk. It’s very informal. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or shiny furniture. We just want to do the work we’re supposed to do. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, or it gets a bit noisy with the neighbors, but that’s just life in an apartment-office. We usually stay late most evenings trying to catch up on emails and phone calls. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can actually remember the names of the people we’re talking to. It’s just a regular day at the office for us, nothing more and nothing less than that.
