Oberoi Group

The Oberoi Group office in Pune is located at Flat N-16 on the 6th Floor of Konarak Puram. We are based in the Kondhawa area, which is a lively part of the city with a lot of different things going on. Being up on the 6th floor gives us a bit of a view of the neighborhood, and it’s a lot quieter up here than it is down on the street level. Our space is essentially a residential flat that we’ve converted into a working office. It’s a simple arrangement that suits us well because it feels more personal and less like a giant company headquarters. We handle all our administrative work and planning from these rooms in Konarak Puram. Most of the time, we are just sitting at our desks, making calls, and keeping track of our various projects. Kondhawa is a good place to be because it’s a mix of homes and businesses, so there’s always a steady energy around. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. Instead, you just come up to the 6th floor and find us working. It’s a bit of an informal atmosphere, which we prefer because it lets us focus on the actual tasks instead of worrying about appearances. We just do our best to stay on top of the workload and make sure everything is running the way it should be for the group.
