Nsr Placements

Nsr Placements is based out of Flat No. 402 in Prathma Apartments. We are right in Shikshak Nagar, which is close to the Vanaz Corner on Paud Road. It’s a familiar area for a lot of people in Pune. Our office is basically a converted apartment, so it has a homey feel to it. You walk in and there are desks where the living room used to be. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking through piles of resumes. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure people get to their interviews on time and that the paperwork is in order. We don't have a big HR team or anything; it's just a few of us trying to help people find decent jobs. Sometimes the doorbell rings constantly, and other times it's just the sound of us typing away. We’ve been at this for a bit now and we’ve seen how the job market around here goes up and down. It can be stressful for the candidates, so we try to keep things low-key when they visit. There’s no big lobby with fancy magazines, just a couple of chairs in the hallway for people to wait. We think being approachable is better than being formal. We know the local geography well, which helps when we talk to companies nearby. It’s a busy little office, and we usually stay late to finish up the day’s emails before heading home.
