We’re based out of Karve Nagar in Pune, specifically over at Mr. Hadap’s place. It’s a more personal way of doing things than you might find at a big agency in the city center. We focus on placement services, which basically means we try to match people up with jobs that suit them. Being in a place like Karve Nagar means we are right in the middle of a real neighborhood, not some cold glass building. We like it this way because it’s easier to actually talk to people and get to know what they are looking for. We don’t have a massive staff or anything, just a few of us working together to help folks out. Mr. Hadap has been kind enough to let us run things from here, and it’s worked out well for us so far. Pune is a big city with lots of opportunities, but it can be hard for a regular person to find the right door to knock on. That’s where we come in. We keep track of who is hiring and who is looking, and we try to bridge that gap. It’s simple, direct work. We don't use any fancy software to pick names, we just use our heads and our contacts to see what fits. It’s a bit old-fashioned perhaps, but it works for us and the people we help. We just keep our notes organized and keep making calls.
