Our office is in Swami Prasad Apartment, located at 181 Shaniwar Peth. If you know Pune, you know Shaniwar Peth is one of the oldest parts of the city. It’s full of old buildings and narrow streets that get quite crowded. Our space is just a regular apartment that we have turned into an office for our placement services. It’s on the small side, but it’s enough for what we do. We have some desks and a place for people to sit when they come in for interviews or to drop off papers. Most of our day is spent calling people or looking at job postings on the computer. It can get a bit loud outside with the traffic and the shops, but we don't mind it much. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea. It’s a very casual place. We don't wear suits or anything like that. We just want to help people find jobs and keep the business going. We have stacks of resumes and folders all over the place. Sometimes it feels a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. People come and go throughout the day, looking for new opportunities. We just try to be helpful and stay organized as best as we can. It’s a local business in the heart of the city, and we've been here long enough that we feel like part of the neighborhood.
