Nsps(Recruitment Company)

Nsps is a recruitment company located in Pune. You can find us at Range Hills Estate in Khadki, specifically at Type-II, 3/21. The area is quite peaceful compared to the rest of the city because of all the trees and the open spaces around the estate. Our office is not some big glass building in a tech park. It is a simple place where we sit down with people and look over their resumes. We try to help folks find work that makes sense for them. Some days we have a lot of people coming in, and other days it is just us making phone calls to different companies. We don't have a big corporate team or a marketing budget. It is just a few of us doing the legwork. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and we know the neighborhood well. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on our desks, but we get through it eventually. We don't use any fancy software to pick candidates; we just talk to them and see what they are good at. It’s a more personal way of doing things, I think. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Pune. We just want to do a decent job for the people who trust us with their careers. It is a quiet life here in Khadki, and we like it that way.
