Nsm Agro Producer Company Limited

Nsm Agro Producer Company Limited is based out of Post Kader in the Tq Omerga area. We are located at Nilkanth Sakharam Mane’s place, House Number 1001. It is a typical spot for this part of the country. We are a farmer producer company which basically means we are a bunch of local guys working together on agro stuff. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. The work involves a lot of planning for the crops and making sure we have enough supplies for everyone in the group. Omerga can be quite hot, so we try to get most of our heavy work done early in the morning. We meet at the house and figure out the schedule for the week. It’s very informal. We might be sitting on the porch or in the yard talking about fertilizers or where to sell the grain. We have been doing this for a bit and we know the farmers in Kader pretty well. It’s a small community and everyone helps out. We aren't trying to be some huge international company. We just want to do right by our members and keep the farms running. There is always something to do, whether it’s paperwork or actually being out in the dirt. It’s a plain, simple life and we are okay with that. We just take things one day at a time here. That is how things go in our village.
