Northwest Consultancy is actually run out of an apartment in Kothrud. It’s Flat No- 18 in Kalyan Apartment, which is in the Rambaugh Colony on Paud Road. Being in a residential area like this makes things feel a bit different than a big glass office building. It’s quieter, mostly. Mrs. Arora is there, and it’s a more personal setup. We don't have a big reception desk or security guards. You just come to the apartment. We handle consultancy work from here, mostly focusing on helping people with their career paths. Kothrud is a nice part of Pune, very traditional in some ways but changing too. Working from Rambaugh Colony means we avoid the worst of the city center chaos. Our workspace is just a couple of rooms with computers and files everywhere. It’s a bit cramped, but it works for us. We don't put on any acts. If you call us, you’re talking to a real person, not a recording. We spend a lot of time on Paud Road getting tea or running errands. It’s a very local way of doing business. We like it this way because we can actually get to know the people we are helping. It’s not a corporate machine. It’s just Northwest Consultancy, tucked away in an apartment, doing what we can to help people find their next step in life. We keep things simple and try to be honest with everyone who stops by our door.
