Nitin Polymers

Nitin Polymers is located in Pimpri, at plot or unit number 7. It’s an industrial sort of setup, as you might expect for this part of town. We have a few injection molding machines that run for most of the shift, making various plastic components. It gets quite hot inside during the summer months because of the heaters on the machines, so we keep the big doors open as much as possible. The sound of plastic parts dropping into the bins is the main noise we hear all day. We aren't a huge factory, just a medium-sized unit where we focus on getting the orders finished. The staff here mostly wears overalls because the raw plastic pellets can get everywhere. Nitin is usually around the floor checking the settings or talking to the machine operators. We don't have a reception area with fancy chairs; if someone comes to see us, we usually just talk near the packing station. Pimpri 7 is a busy area with lots of trucks coming and going, so there's always something moving outside. We just keep our heads down and make sure the parts are coming out of the molds the right way. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we do. We’ve been here for a while and the machines have their own quirks that only we really understand. It is just a regular manufacturing day for us from start to finish.
