We are set up in Loni Kalbhor, which is in the Haveli taluka near Pune. You can find us near the Dadasaheb Borkar Memorial. It’s a well-known landmark around here, so people don’t usually get lost trying to find us. We focus on jaggery and other agro products. Making jaggery is a lot of hard work and it gets quite sticky and hot. Our facility isn't some high-tech factory. It's more of a traditional place where we handle things the way they’ve been done for a long time. The smell of boiling sugarcane juice is always in the air during the season. It’s a smell you never really forget. We have a small team from the local area. Pune is growing fast, but out here in Loni Kalbhor, it still feels a bit like the countryside. We get a lot of trucks coming in and out with supplies. The office is just a small room where we keep our records and talk to customers. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just keep going. It’s a practical business. We don't spend money on fancy signs or decorations. We just care about the quality of what we're making. It’s a honest day's work for everyone here. We've been in Maharashtra for a long time and we know how the seasons affect everything we do.
