Ningur Agro Producer Company Limited

We are based out of Neknoor in Beed. It's mostly Bajirao Dattu Kale's place where we manage things. The weather here is tough sometimes, but we keep at it. Most of us are just locals who grew up on these lands. Farming isn't easy work, anyone around here knows that. We started Ningur Agro because we needed a way to organize what we grow. Usually, it's just a few of us sitting around talking about the crops and the rain. We don't have a big office or anything fancy. It’s just the village life. We deal with the soil every day. Sometimes the market prices are okay, sometimes they aren't. We just try to help each other out with seeds or getting the harvest to the right place. Beed is a quiet district mostly. We know the neighbors. If you come by Neknoor, you'll see how we live. It’s a lot of manual labor and waiting for the monsoon to hit. We don't spend much time on computers. Most of our day is out there in the heat. We have the papers registered under the company name now, but the work is exactly the same as it was twenty years ago. We just wanted a name to represent us when we talk to the banks or the buyers. That’s really all it is. Nothing complicated about how we run things here. Just keeping the farm going day by day and hoping for the best next season.
