Our office is located in Bavdhan, over at Shyamla Regency in Shinde Nagar. We are in Flat No. 5. This part of Pune is a bit quieter than the main city, which we actually prefer for our daily work. Nimpex has its base here in what is essentially a residential building converted for work use. It gives the whole place a more relaxed, informal feel. When you come into the office, it doesn’t feel like a cold corporate space. It’s more like a home that’s been filled with desks and computers. We have our files tucked away in various corners, and there’s usually a pot of tea going somewhere. The neighbors are mostly families or other small setups like ours. Working from Shinde Nagar means we don't have to deal with the extreme noise of the city center, though it still gets busy enough during the day. We manage all our export tasks from this flat. It’s a simple arrangement that suits our needs perfectly. We don’t have a big staff, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. The rooms are a bit small, and we’ve had to be clever about how we use the space, but it works. It’s a very practical, down-to-earth way to run a business. We like the local feel of Bavdhan and the fact that we can just focus on our tasks without too many distractions. It’s just how we do things here.
