Nilesh Kulkarni

My place is in Shivanand Apartment, number 8, over in the Uttam Nagar area of Kothrud. I’ve lived and worked around here for a long time. It’s a quiet residential building, so I try to keep things low-key. I do a lot of my work from a small room I’ve set up as an office. It’s filled with books, a computer, and way too many pens that probably don't work anymore. I handle various professional services, mostly helping people with their paperwork and technical requirements. People in the building know me, and sometimes they drop by just to ask a quick question about a form or a project. I don't have a big staff or a fancy sign outside. It’s just me, Nilesh, taking things one day at a time. The commute is basically walking from my bedroom to the desk, which is nice. Sometimes I miss the bustle of a big office, but I get more done this way. I usually take a walk in the evenings around Kothrud to clear my head. It’s a good neighborhood with everything you need nearby. I’ve helped a lot of neighbors over the years with different things. I just like to keep things simple and just finish the work without making a big fuss about it. That's just how I operate and it seems to work for everyone involved.
