Nicco Ventures Ltd

Our office is in Kharadi, specifically in the Ganga Constella complex. We are in C-3, up on the fifth floor in flat number 504. It’s a bit of a mix here because Kharadi has grown so much lately with all the new buildings and shops popping up everywhere. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a bit now, focusing on our ventures and the business side of things in Pune. The space is basically a converted flat, so it feels more like a home than a stiff corporate office. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and a small area for meetings. Usually, there’s a lot of talk about projects and different business deals going on throughout the day. Getting here can be a bit of a trip depending on the traffic near the IT parks, but once you’re inside the gates of Ganga Constella, it’s actually quite quiet. We don't really do the whole big marketing thing. Most of our work comes from people we already know or companies that need our specific help with their ventures. We spend a lot of time on our computers and phones, just trying to keep everything moving forward. It’s a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We keep a kettle in the corner for tea, and that’s about as fancy as it gets around here. It's just a practical space for our day-to-day operations.
