Next Gene

Next Gene operates out of Room No 1114, Ward No 5, which is inside Gote Mama Nivas. This is located in Balaji Nagar, Pune 46. It’s a local setup, nothing too fancy or over the top. We share the building with a few other folks, so there’s always someone coming or going in the hallways. Our room is packed with everything we need to run things, and it can feel a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. Balaji Nagar is a lively area, and we like the vibe here. We don’t have a big corporate HR department or a marketing team telling us what to say. It’s just a few of us handling the daily tasks and trying to stay on top of our emails and paperwork. Some days the heat is a bit much, but we have a fan that does its best. We started in this spot because it was practical and close to where we needed to be. We haven’t seen much reason to move since then. It’s not the kind of place with a glass front or a fancy receptionist desk. You just walk in and you’ll see us working at our computers. We value being straightforward with people who come by. Life in Pune is fast, but we try to keep our little corner of it organized enough to get the job done without too much stress or bother. We just keep working.
