Newyork Hair Dressers

Newyork Hair Dressers is a small shop located at Survey No 27 in the Sai Prasad Building. We are right on the Pune Satara Road in the Dhankawadi area, near Chaitanya Nagar. It’s a very busy part of Pune, and we get a lot of people stopping in because we are so close to the main road. We’ve been cutting hair and trimming beards here for a long time. It’s a traditional hairdresser setup. We have a few chairs, big mirrors, and the usual tools like clippers and scissors. Our customers are mostly local men from the neighborhood who want a quick and reliable haircut. We don't have a receptionist; you just come in and wait your turn. The shop is a place where people talk about what’s going on in the city or just catch up on the news. We try to keep things tidy, but hair gets everywhere when it’s busy. We don't use any fancy marketing. Most of our regulars have been coming here for years and they know exactly what to expect. It’s a simple business. We open early and stay open until the evening. The traffic on the Pune Satara Road is a constant background noise to our work. We just focus on the person in the chair and make sure they leave looking better than when they came in. It’s our way of being part of the community here in Dhankawadi.
