New R J Salons is located in Sadashiv Peth, Pune 411030. It’s a traditional part of the city, and we try to fit in with that vibe. The shop isn’t one of those new fancy salons you see in the big malls. It’s a local place on a regular street. We have the usual setup with mirrors, chairs, and a small area for people to sit while they wait. The walls are a bit plain, but that doesn't matter much to us. We focus on doing a good job with the scissors and the clippers. Sadashiv Peth can be very busy, so there is always noise from the street coming through the door. We know most of the people who live in the nearby lanes. They come in for their regular trim every few weeks. We don't have a big marketing plan or any posters. Word of mouth is how people find us. Sometimes we stay open a bit late if there’s a line, and other times we might close early if it’s a holiday or a quiet day. It’s a flexible, human way of running things. We don’t use any fancy language. If you want a haircut, you come in, sit down, and we get it done. It’s a simple business in a busy part of town. We’ve been here long enough to feel like a permanent part of the neighborhood. Just a regular salon for regular people.
