New Era Resource & Planning Consultants

New Era Resource & Planning Consultants is tucked away in the Tulshibaugwala Colony in Pune. We are located within Namdev Society, specifically at Survey Number 67. Pune is a big place, but our little corner in the 410218 area feels more like a regular neighborhood than a business hub. We operate out of this space and have been doing so for some time. It’s a quiet residential kind of feel here, which is nice when you're trying to concentrate on planning and resources. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try not to make too much noise. Our address is a bit of a mouthful when you tell people over the phone. You have to mention Namdev Society and then the colony name just to make sure they find the right gate. We don't have a giant sign out front or anything. It's just a humble office where we keep our files and do our work. Being in Maharashtra, we deal with the usual local stuff, the heat in the summer and the rains later on. It’s a practical spot for us. We aren't some big corporation with a glass building. We’re just a small group of consultants working out of a society flat. It’s comfortable and it serves its purpose. We spend our days here looking at plans and making sure things are on track. Most of our work happens at these desks, surrounded by folders and local maps. We’ve been part of this Pune community for years now.
