Our office is located at A 8 in the Sadguru Apartments. We are right on Sinhagad Road in the Vadgaon Budruk area of Pune. It is a busy road, so there is always a lot of noise from the traffic. We have been running Net Employment Services from this apartment for a while now. It is basically just an office where we look at resumes and talk to people looking for work. We deal with a lot of different companies who are looking for staff. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls, to be honest. Some days the office is full of people waiting to talk to us, and other days it is just us catching up on emails. Pune is a big city for jobs, especially around here. We try to keep track of who is hiring and what kind of skills they need. It is not fancy. We just have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of files. 411051 is our local area and we know the businesses around Sinhagad Road pretty well. We have seen a lot of people come through these doors. Some get jobs right away, others take more time. We just do the matching. It is a lot of repetitive work, but it is what we do. The office gets a bit cramped sometimes, but we make it work. It is a small team here, just trying to get through the stack of applications.
