Nayan Cards

Nayan Cards is located right opposite the Mseb Office. We are near that Aseng Chinese place in Chinchwad Nagar, Kothrud. If you smell printing ink and hear the sound of machines, you’ve probably found us. We do all kinds of cards, mostly for weddings and small functions. The shop is filled with samples of different papers and colors. It’s often a bit messy with paper scraps on the floor and stacks of envelopes waiting to be packed. We spend our days talking to families who are planning big events. It’s a lot of work getting the names and dates exactly right on the templates. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend an hour fixing them. The Chinese food place next door always smells like fried rice in the evenings. We usually grab a quick snack from there when we are working late to finish an order. It’s a small shop and we don’t have a big fancy showroom. People just sit on the plastic chairs and look through the albums we have. We’ve been in this part of Kothrud for many years. It’s a busy neighborhood and we like being part of it. We don't really do any big ads. Most of our work comes from people who saw a card we made for their friend or relative.
