Navsiddhi Mahila Farmer Producer Company Limited

We're a group of women from around Dingore, working together as Navsiddhi Mahila Farmer Producer Company Limited. Our setup is right here at Khandu Baban Ukirde’s place in Junnar. It's not a big fancy office or anything like that. Mostly, we just focus on the farming work we’ve always done, but now we’re doing it as a collective. The 412409 area has a lot of us who just want to make sure our crops get to where they need to go without too much trouble. Sometimes the weather is tricky, or the prices aren't what we hoped for, but having this company helps us stay organized. We talk about seeds, the soil, and how the season is looking. It’s practical stuff. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We are just local women trying to manage our fields and families better. You’ll usually find someone around the 423 Dingore spot if you need to talk about produce. We handle the day-to-day tasks ourselves. Some days are busier than others, especially during harvest time. It gets loud and a bit messy, but that’s just how farm life is. We’ve lived here a long time and know the land well. Being part of this producer group is just a way to keep things moving forward for everyone involved in our little corner of Junnar. It's about the work, really. Nothing more, nothing less.
