Navprabhas Milk Foods Private Limited is situated at House Number 1513. We are over in the Bandavane Shivaar area of Kadus. It’s part of Tal Khed, which is a place where a lot of people know each other. We focus on milk products here. Our building is just a regular house turned into a workplace. It’s not like those big factories you see in the city. We do things on a smaller scale. Most of our day is spent handling dairy items and making sure they're ready for people. Khed has a lot of cattle, so there's always milk to work with. We know the local families who bring us their supplies. Sometimes we sit around and drink tea while we discuss the day's work. It’s very informal. We don’t wear suits or have big meetings. We just get to work. The road to Kadus can be a bit bumpy, but people still find their way to us. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and we’ve learned a lot about what works and what doesn't. We don't have a big marketing department. We just rely on people knowing who we are. It’s a quiet life in Bandavane Shivaar, but we stay busy enough with the milk. It feels good to be working with something so basic and necessary for everyone. We don't want to change too much, just keep the milk moving and the business running as usual for the folks here.
