Navlakh Umbre Agrofarms Private Limited

Our office is in Bavdhan, over at Orange Srusti. We are in unit 402 on the fourth floor. It’s a decent spot in Pune City, though it can get a bit crowded with traffic on the way in. We handle the business side of things for the agrofarms from this office. Even though we are in a building in the city, our minds are always on the fields. We spent a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and talking to farmers from the surrounding regions. It’s a mix of city office life and rural reality. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. There are just a handful of us here keeping the wheels turning. We deal with land management and making sure the farms have what they need to stay productive. It’s a lot of logistical work that most people don't think about when they see food at the market. The office is pretty basic, just computers and some coffee mugs. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just come in, do the work, and try to make the farms successful. It’s a practical way to run an agro-business in a place like Pune. We just take things one day at a time and deal with whatever comes across our desks. It keeps us quite busy every single day.
