Navgrah Flower Merchant & Decoration

Navgrah Flower Merchant & Decoration is based right near Shrikant Bakery on Singanpur Road in Balaji Nagar. We have been working out of this spot for a long time now. Most mornings start very early for us because that is when the fresh flowers arrive from the market. We spend a lot of time sorting through the stems and making sure everything looks okay. It is a messy job with a lot of water and leaves everywhere on the floor. People usually come to us for their daily prayer flowers or when there is a small function at home. The shop is not very big and it can get quite cramped when we have a lot of stock. Singanpur Road is always busy and the noise from the traffic is constant. We are just local people trying to earn a living. My brother and I run things together and sometimes our cousin helps out when it gets really busy during festival times. We do not have any fancy brochures or a website. If you walk past the bakery you will see our buckets lined up outside. Sometimes the heat makes the flowers wilt faster than we would like which is always a worry. We just do our best to keep things moving. It is a simple life here in Balaji Nagar and we know most of our customers by their names. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years but we stay right here.
