Naturaldna Farmers Producer Companylimited

Up in Wabalwwadi, near Shikrapur, things are changing quite a bit with all the new buildings coming up, but we are still focused on the farming side of things. Naturaldna Farmers Producer Companylimited is based out of House Number 326 here in the village. It’s a quiet spot, away from the main Pune traffic, which is nice. We are a group of farmers who decided to put our resources together. It’s easier to buy things and sell what we grow when there are more of us. Every morning, you can see people heading out to the fields. The soil here in the Pune district has always been decent if you treat it right. We spend a lot of time discussing what fertilizers to use or how the water levels are looking in the wells. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity; we just want to make sure our families can keep farming for another generation. Sometimes we meet up in the evening at the house to talk about the market prices, which can be a real headache. There’s always someone coming by with a question about their crop or looking to borrow a tool. It’s a very hands-on kind of life. We do our own bookkeeping and try to stay organized, even if it’s just on a small desk in the corner of the room. It’s real work by real people trying to make a living in a changing world.
