We run this office out of Flat 12 in Dipti Apartment, located in the Warje area of Pune. It’s a residential building, so it feels very different from a typical corporate office. We are on Tapotham Road, and the neighborhood is mostly families and small shops. Working from an apartment means we have a kitchen and a balcony, which makes the day feel a bit more relaxed. We have several computers set up in the living room and bedrooms to handle the securities data. It can get a bit crowded when we have all the staff in at once. Most of our neighbors know us, and we try to keep the noise down. We spend most of the day processing files and checking records for the depository. It’s a lot of staring at screens and making sure the data matches up. The lift in the building is a bit slow, so many of us just take the stairs. Warje is a growing spot, so there’s always some construction noise nearby. We aren't in a big glass building in Hinjewadi; we’re right here in a regular flat. It’s a practical setup that works for us. We keep our files organized in the cupboards and make sure the backup power is ready for the frequent outages. It’s a simple, honest way to run a branch. We usually wrap things up by late evening and head home.
