National Bank For Agriculture And Rural Development Nabard

Our office is located at A 06 in the Nabard Officers Quarters right on Boatclub Road in Pune. It is a quiet area, mostly. Being here at 9A Boatclub Road makes for a decent commute for most of us who live nearby. We work on things for agriculture and helping out rural areas. It’s a lot of numbers and talking to people from different villages. The building is older but it stays cool enough in the Pune heat. We have some trees outside that give good shade. Inside, it's just a normal workplace with desks and a lot of folders. We don't do much marketing or anything like that. People just know where we are. Usually, the mornings start with a cup of coffee and looking through the mail. There’s a lot of mail. Sometimes we have meetings that go on too long. We try to help the farmers and the rural projects as best as we can from our desks. It is steady work. We’ve had the same water cooler for ten years. It still works fine though. The security guard at the gate is friendly and knows all of us by name. It’s a simple life working here. We focus on the tasks we are given and try to get home on time. Maharashtra can get really hot, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest or anything, just doing the bank work.
