Nass Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of Sindoda in the Chandrapur area. We use the space at Devaji Shivkumar Kannake’s house as our main point of contact and office. It’s a very local operation. Most of us who are part of this live right here in the village or very close by. Chandrapur is known for many things, but for us, it’s all about the farming around Sindoda. We don't have a big staff or a human resources department or anything like that. It’s just us farmers trying to figure out the best way to move our goods and get a fair price. The address is simple, just the post office at Sindoda, 442401. You won't find any glossy brochures or fancy presentations here. We mostly talk face to face or over the phone when we need to get things done. Being a producer company means we all have a stake in how it goes. It’s honest work and often very tiring at the end of the day. We deal with the weather and the market prices every single day. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up because we’re busy out in the fields, but we try to keep it moving as best as we can. It’s a practical way for us to stick together in the village. If you come by, someone will likely be around to have a tea and talk about the current season. We aren't looking to become massive corporations.
