Nargolkar Press Comps is situated at Vadgaon Budruk MIDC Waluj A 10. This is an industrial area, so it’s always got trucks coming and going. We’ve been here for a while, and the rhythm of the place is pretty familiar now. The machines make a lot of noise, but after a few hours, you don’t even notice it anymore. We started this because we knew how to work the presses, and it just grew from there. It’s not a shiny corporate office with glass walls. It’s a workshop with grease on the floor and metal scraps in the bins. We take pride in the fact that we do everything ourselves. If a machine acts up, we usually fix it right there on the spot. We don't have a lot of meetings or long emails. We just talk across the floor. Being in MIDC Waluj A 10 means we are surrounded by people who understand the trade. It’s a community of makers, really. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the parts we make. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, but we don't mind the extra hours. The work is steady, and we’ve got a good group of people here who know what they’re doing. We just want to keep things running smoothly for as long as we can.
