We are located way out in Khodad, which is part of the Junnar Taluka. It’s a very different vibe here compared to the big cities like Mumbai or Pune. Narayangad Agro Producer Company Ltd. operates right from the village area. Most days you can see the farmers coming by to talk or drop off paperwork. The air is a lot cleaner out here, though the roads can be a bit rough after the monsoon season. Our office is a simple building at the Post office location. We don't have fancy air conditioning or big signs, just a place where we sit and manage the agricultural side of things. You might hear cows or tractors in the background while we are on the phone. Junnar is known for being a bit historical and very green, so we see a lot of open fields from our doorstep. It takes a while to get here if you are coming from the main highway, but we prefer the quiet. Our team is small and everyone knows everyone in the village, so business feels very personal. We deal with the crops and the local producers every single day. Sometimes we have meetings sitting outside if the weather is nice. It’s a very practical way of living and working. We don't have a lot of the distractions you find in a city office. Life moves a bit slower here, but there is always plenty of work to keep us busy from sunrise to sunset.
