Nandanadan Clinic

Nandanadan Clinic is right there at 117/121/2 Ved Chowk on Prabhat Road. We’ve been in this spot for quite a long time now. It’s just a regular clinic where people from the neighborhood stop by when they aren't feeling their best. The building itself is nothing special to look at. We have a small waiting area with a few chairs that have seen better days. Usually, there is a bit of a breeze coming through the front door, which helps on the hot days. We don’t have fancy machines or anything like that. It is just a place for a basic check-up. Sometimes the street outside gets very loud with all the scooters and cars going toward the junction. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the files get a bit messy on the desk. My assistant has been here for years and knows most of the patients by their first names. We see a lot of the same faces coming back. It’s more of a community thing for us. We aren't trying to be one of those big hospitals. We just want to help out the folks living around Prabhat Road. If the wait is a bit long, we usually tell people to go grab a tea nearby and come back in twenty minutes. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for everyone involved here. Most of us here grew up in this city and we like staying in this area.
