Nanai Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are based at P No 36 on Walur Road in Sailu. It is where Madhukar Sahebrao Paulat stays, and that is where we set things up. It isn't a grand building with signs everywhere. Just a small place where we meet. We are a bunch of farmers from around here. We call ourselves Nanai Farmer Producer Company because we wanted a name that felt right. Most days, someone is sitting there with a register or talking on the phone about transport. It gets dusty when the wind picks up off the road. We deal with the crops we grow, mostly cotton and soy. There is always someone coming by to ask about seed prices or when the next truck is coming. We don't have a big staff. It is just a few of us who know the land. We are not trying to change the world, just trying to get a better price for what we grow. Sometimes the paperwork gets confusing but we manage. It is a slow process. We sit and drink tea while we wait for the rain or for a delivery. It is just a local business in a small town. We know our neighbors and they know us. There isn't much more to say about it. We are just here at plot 36, working like everyone else in Sailu. It is a simple life and a simple business run by people who live right here.
