Naina Watches & Customs Shop

If you know Sai Chowk in Pimpri Colony, then you’ve probably walked past our shop a dozen times. We are at No 314, right where the traffic usually piles up during the evening rush. It’s a lively place to work because there is always something happening outside the window. We’ve been here for a good while now, dealing mostly with watches and some of those custom items people look for. The shop floor is usually a bit cramped because we try to keep a lot of stock on hand. We have everything from simple wristbands to more complicated pieces that people bring in for repair. It’s not just about selling things though. A lot of folks stop by just to chat or ask for directions since we’re in such a central spot. My cousin helps me out during the weekends when it gets really packed. We don't have any fancy uniforms or a corporate manual to follow. We just treat people like neighbors because that’s mostly what they are. Sometimes the power goes out in the colony and we have to use flashlights to finish a repair, but we don't mind. The shelves are packed with boxes and spare parts that we've collected over the years. It might look a bit disorganized to an outsider but we have our own system. Pimpri is a hardworking area and we try to match that energy every single day we open the shutters.
