N S Personnel Services is located at Flat No 13 in Building B 1, over in Siddheshwar Nagar. We are right near the Tingare Nagar Chowk in the Vishrantwadi area of Pune. It’s a bit of a residential setting, which makes it feel more relaxed than a big office block. We’ve been running things from this flat for some time now. It’s a simple setup—desks, chairs, and plenty of paperwork. Being near the chowk means it’s easy for folks to drop by if they are in the neighborhood. We handle personnel work, which means a lot of checking details and making sure people are where they need to be. We aren’t a big company with a lot of departments; it’s just a small team of us. We prefer it that way because we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped, especially when we have a lot of files to go through, but we manage. We don’t have a marketing team or anything, we just rely on people knowing we are here in Vishrantwadi. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, do the work, and head home. It’s local, it’s honest, and it keeps us busy. We like being part of the community here in this part of Pune and just doing our bit day by day. Nothing too special, just work that needs to be done.
