N S Personnel Services operates out of the Baya Karve Hostel Complex in Karvenagar, Pune. Being located in a hostel complex means there’s always a lot of activity around us. We’ve been here for a while, helping out with various personnel needs. It’s not a fancy glass office building; it’s a practical space where we can get things done. We spend a lot of time on the phone and handling various documents. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there's a steady stream of things to attend to. Karvenagar is a good spot in Pune, and being at Pune 52 makes it easy for people to find us. We don’t really go in for the polished corporate image. We are just regular people working hard to keep things moving. The office can get a bit messy with files and notebooks, but we know where everything is. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. We talk to people directly, no automated systems or anything like that. If you come by the complex, you’ll find us tucked in there. We just focus on the task in front of us and try to be as helpful as possible to anyone who walks through the door. It’s a living, and we take it seriously without making it more complicated than it needs to be. It is just a normal office doing its best every day.
