Myjobsinpune.Com is run out of a row house. We are located at Row House Number 13 in the Aditay Breeze Society. It is in Balewadi Gaon, which is a part of Pune that has changed a whole lot lately. Working from a row house is a bit different than being in a typical tall office building. It feels a bit more relaxed and less stiff. We have our computers set up in what used to be the main living room. We spend a lot of time looking through job listings and talking to folks who are looking for work in the city. It is busy, but usually in a quiet way. There is almost always someone's bike parked out in the front. We do not have a big lobby or a receptionist sitting at a desk. If someone knocks on the door, one of us just gets up and opens it. It is a small group of us here. We know each other pretty well by now. We often talk about the local traffic or where we should get lunch from. The society is decent and we do not have many distractions. We just log on and try to keep the website updated with new stuff. It is not a glamorous setup, but it works for what we need to do. We just keep things simple. Every day is pretty much the same routine. It is just a local business doing its best.
